How long does this activity last?
Classes last approx 45 minutes to 1½ hours, with the opportunity to stay on for general open dance.

To participate in this activity you must be at least 18 years old.
Although the activity is not strenuous, do check first with a doctor if you suffer from any medical conditions.
No experience or qualifications are necessary to take part in this activity.
